At Uniformd, we believe in creating a better future. Not just through more sustainable school wear practices, but by empowering young people to make a difference. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to teaching real-life business skills to students and helping them build the confidence and knowledge they need to shape their own futures.

Why Uniformd & the Young Entrepreneurs Academy?

Sustainability and entrepreneurship go hand in hand. One of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy’s key lessons explores the importance of business purpose, including sustainable business practices – something that sits at the very heart of what Uniformd does.

We’re both committed to helping school children make a lasting impact:

  • Uniformd helps schools and families save money, reduce waste, and support a circular economy through second-hand school uniform sales.
  • Young Entrepreneurs Academy gives young people the skills, knowledge, and confidence to start their own businesses and create a better future.

Exclusive benefits for schools

To celebrate our partnership, we’re making it even easier for schools to get involved:

  • Schools signing up for Uniformd through the Young Entrepreneurs Academy get one month commission-free on Uniformd.
  • Young Entrepreneurs Academy remains free for schools, making it accessible for all students with the talent and drive to succeed.

For more information on any of the above, please email us.

How can schools get involved?

The Young Entrepreneurs Academy is open to students who apply independently or can be invited by their school, charity, or organisation. Schools can also choose to integrate the programme into their curriculum or offer it as an extra-curricular activity.

Meanwhile, Uniformd offers a simple, sustainable, and effective way for schools to support families by reselling or donating second-hand school uniforms, keeping costs down and reducing environmental impact.

Together, we’re creating better futures for young people.

By joining forces, Uniformd and Young Entrepreneurs Academy are helping students develop essential business skills while learning about sustainability, giving them the tools they need to make a real impact on a world that will hopefully be slightly more sustainable.
